Wednesday Weigh-In

Here recently I lost 10lbs, I was working out everyday and eating good. I was on a 1000 Calorie diet and it was perfect. Well after about a month or so i feel off the wagon. Well I have got back on that wagon. I have only gained 4lbs of my lost 10 back in the last 2months. I still tried to eat good just didn't work out. I noticed that i was more angry when I didn't workout and that didn't make my other half happy. So now I will make my self accountable with you here on this blog. Every Wednesday I will post pictures and my weight and on the first of the month i will post my measurements.

When I started to work out and eat right i weighed 211
Today on Jan 5, 2011 I weigh 206.2
 My BMI is 36.

Measurements are
Neck: 14in
Arms: L 11 1/2in  R 12 1/2in
Chest: 47 1/2in
Waist: 43in
Hips: 46 1/2in
Thighs: L 23 1/2in  R 23in

My goal is to be at 150. So a little over 50lbs for now. I may stop before then i may keep going. I will follow a 1000 calorie a day diet along with working out everyday other then the weekend. Ive also decided that my family and I eat out WAY to much I mean way to much. I know we will not cut it out entirely but i want to cut it to 2 times per month.  So there are my weight loss goals. I have no time frame I just want to be healthy in the way that I do this, but get results and I know that I can.

  4. Hey Megan< check out WebMD there is a really neat create your own weight loss plan (just click on the word).

Be careful of not eating enough calories, it can backfire on you... if your body doesn't think it is getting enough calories it will go into starvation mode and make your metabolism slow down. Again, lots of luck! :D
